How to Invite Your Team or Video Editor to Mapimator
The Agency plan includes 5 seats, so your video editor or teammates can work in your workspace with their own logins — no shared passwords, no separate subscriptions. Everyone on the team sees the same projects and shares the plan's export limits and AI Director credits.

What you'll learn
- Upgrade to the Agency plan and create your team
- Invite a teammate with a private invite link
- Understand what team members can see and do
- Remove members or leave a team
Step-by-step guide
- 1
Upgrade to the Agency plan
Go to mapimator.com/pricing and choose Agency ($29/month or $290/year). Checkout is handled securely by Paddle. The plan includes everything in Pro plus 5 seats, 300 pooled exports per month, and 150 pooled AI Director credits.
- 2
Create your team
Open your account page (click your avatar in the Studio header, then Account). A Team section appears for Agency subscribers — click Create team.
- 3
Invite a teammate
Type your teammate's email in the Team section and click Invite. A private invite link is copied to your clipboard — send it to them however you like (email, Slack, WhatsApp). Links are single-use and expire after 14 days.
- 4
Your teammate joins
When they open the link, they sign in with their own Google account and click Join team. They land in the Studio with access to every project in your workspace — theirs and yours.
- 5
Manage your seats
The Team section shows every member and pending invite against your 5-seat limit. Revoke a pending invite or remove a member at any time — removal takes effect immediately and they lose access to the workspace's projects.

- Team members automatically get the full Agency feature set while they're on your team — no separate subscription needed on their account.
- Exports and AI credits are pooled across the whole team, drawn from the owner's monthly allowance.
- Only the project's creator can delete a project; teammates can open and edit everything but not delete each other's work.
- Avoid editing the same project at the same time — the last save wins.
