Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes! Pro is $99/year (save 31%) and Agency is $290/year (2 months free). Enterprise plans are billed annually with a tailored agreement.
Can my team or video editor work in my account?
Yes — the Agency plan includes 5 seats. Invite teammates from your account page; each person signs in with their own login and shares your workspace, export limits, and AI credits.
What are AI Director credits?
AI Director credits let you generate complete map animations from text prompts. Each prompt uses one credit. Pro users get 50 credits per month.
Can I use Mapimator videos on TV or in commercials?
Free and Pro plans are for personal and online use. For broadcast, TV, or commercial advertising, you'll need an Enterprise license.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active through the current billing period and your projects remain accessible.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! Students are eligible for a 30% discount on our Pro plan. Please contact us with proof of enrollment to receive your unique discount code.
