Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Starter and Pro customers receive two months free when switching to annual billing, and Custom plans are always billed annually with a tailored agreement.
How are seats counted?
Only editors who create or approve timelines count toward your plan. View-only reviewers are included at no additional cost.
Can I export without the Mapimator watermark?
Absolutely—upgrade to Starter or Pro for watermark-free exports, or move to Custom for bespoke render profiles.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from the workspace settings. Your plan stays active through the current billing period and exports remain accessible. Reactivate within 90 days to keep all projects intact.
