How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription
Billing for Mapimator is handled securely by Paddle, our payment provider. From the billing portal you can update your payment method, download invoices, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel your subscription — no email or support ticket required.

Step-by-step guide

Open your Account page
In the Studio at mapimator.com/studio, click your avatar in the top-right corner of the header and select Account from the menu. You can also go directly to mapimator.com/account.

Open the billing portal
On the Account page, click the Manage subscription link below your plan details. This opens your secure Paddle billing portal in the same tab. The link is only visible on paid plans.

Update payment details or download invoices
In the portal you can change your card or PayPal details, view your payment history, and download PDF invoices and receipts for every past payment.

Cancel your subscription (optional)
To cancel, select your subscription in the portal and choose Cancel subscription. Confirm the cancellation on the following screen. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle.

Keep access until the end of your billing period
Cancelling stops future charges but does not end access immediately — Pro features stay active until the date you have already paid through. After that, your account moves to the Free plan and your projects remain saved.

- Cancelling never deletes your projects — they stay in your account and reopen with full fidelity if you resubscribe later.
- If you want a break rather than a full cancellation, consider switching from yearly to monthly billing in the portal first.
